What is TrackingCoder?

Paste a URL, get tracking code. No consultant required.

TrackingCoder is a code generator. You paste your website's URL, we scan the stack (CMS, page builder, e-commerce platform, form plugin, existing analytics), then walk you through a short discovery wizard. The output is a ready-to-import Google Tag Manager container — or a direct script you can paste in your site's header — that sends events to GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Microsoft Ads.

No tag-manager consultant. No reading vendor docs. The wizard already knows what selector to attach to your "Add to cart" button on WooCommerce, what dataLayer event the HubSpot Forms plugin fires, and how Elementor Forms' submit-success path actually behaves.

How a typical session looks

  • Paste your URL on the homepage. The scan takes ~15 seconds and detects ~70+ third-party tools.
  • Pick the event you want to track (button click, form submission, scroll, video, purchase, etc.) from a list scoped to your stack.
  • Pick the destination channel (GA4 by default).
  • Answer a few discovery questions — usually 2–4 questions, all plain English.
  • Download the generated GTM container, import + publish, and you're done.

What it costs

Each event you generate code for spends 1 credit. New accounts get free codes to try; after that, credit packs start at £15 for 5 credits. See Credits & pricing for the full breakdown.

What TC Pro adds

TC Pro is the optional subscription that wraps the generator with monitoring infrastructure: real-time event counts, goal tracking, anomaly alerts, branded client reports, free regeneration of existing codes, a shared workspace for teams. See TC Pro — what's included.

💡 Best starting path

Scan one site → generate one event → import the container into your GTM workspace and publish. Once you see the event firing in your GTM Preview Mode, the rest of TrackingCoder makes a lot more sense.
