Credits & pricing

How credits, free codes, and packs work.

TrackingCoder charges per generated event. Each event = 1 credit (or +1 if you tick Consent Mode v2). Credits don't expire and never auto-renew unless you're on TC Pro.

Free credits

  • Every new account gets free generations to try things out — exact count is in the credit card on the dashboard.
  • Want to earn from referrals? The Partners program pays cash commission on credit-pack purchases and recurring commission on Pro subscriptions from people you refer.

Credit packs

  • 5 credits — £15 / $19 / €17 (≈ £3 per credit).
  • 25 credits — £60 / $77 / €70 (≈ £2.40 per credit).
  • 75 credits — £150 / $191 / €174 (≈ £2 per credit).
  • 200 credits — £350 / $447 / €406 (≈ £1.75 per credit).

Prices honour your displayed currency. Buy any pack on /buy-credits — checkout is Stripe.

Discount codes

Promotional codes are entered at checkout. Common ones: first-time buyer offers (shown in-app when applicable), seasonal discounts (advertised via announcement bar), and partner codes. Codes apply once per order; one code per order maximum.

TC Pro changes the math

  • Pro subscribers get 5 credits/month included automatically.
  • Annual plans land a one-time +50-credit bonus on first paid invoice.
  • The 14-day free trial gives +4 trial credits on day 1 so you can generate during the trial.
  • Pro subscribers get a 15% discount on any credit pack purchase.
  • Free regeneration via the backfill flow re-generates an existing scenario at no credit cost.

Refunds

Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven't used the credits. Partial refunds aren't offered. Request via the in-app feedback widget or email hello@trackingcoder.com.

TC Pro's 14-day trial doesn't require a card. If you do convert and want to cancel within 14 days of conversion, your first month is refundable.

Common questions

Do credits expire? No. Buy in any quantity, use when you need to.

I generated by mistake. If you generated a scenario you didn't mean to (e.g. wrong channel), regenerating with the right inputs costs another credit. Open a refund request via in-app feedback if the mistake was caused by a TC bug — we'll credit you back.

Can I pay annually for credits? Credit packs are one-off. The recurring product is TC Pro (monthly or annual). See TC Pro.
