TrackingCoder generates website tracking code based on your website's technical stack. You provide a URL, select what to track, and receive code snippets to implement on your website. The service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee that generated code will work in every configuration.
TrackingCoder uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not expire. Each tracking code generation costs 1 or more credits depending on the scenario. Free credits (2 per account) are limited to GA4-only, basic scenarios. Credits are non-refundable except under the credit-back guarantee.
TrackingCoder is designed to work on around 90% of websites in around 95% of cases. The remaining tail is mostly highly-customised stacks, headless setups, heavily-modified themes, or niche third-party plugins where deterministic code generation isn't reliable. We don't promise it works everywhere, and we're not obliged to refund credits - if a generated snippet doesn't fit your specific site, you can always use the credits for a different event or a different website you own.
That said, when generated code genuinely doesn't work and we can't make it work for you, we'll review the case and may credit back up to 3 credits per account at our discretion. To request a credit-back, report the issue through the app within 30 days of generation, with screenshots of the GTM setup and links to the live page where the problem happens. We'll typically respond and attempt a fix within 3-5 business days. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by incorrect implementation, website changes after generation, third-party plugin conflicts, or sites that block tag managers entirely.
You may earn credits by referring new users. You receive 5 credits for every 5 credits your referral purchases, subject to a cap of 200 credits per referral and 500 credits per month. Referral attribution expires 30 days after the referral link is clicked. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of earned credits and potential account suspension.
You are responsible for backing up your website before implementing any code. You are responsible for testing generated code on a staging environment when possible. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to modify the website you are adding tracking code to. TrackingCoder is not liable for any issues arising from code implementation.
You may only scan websites that you own or have explicit permission to scan. Scanning websites for the purpose of competitive intelligence, vulnerability detection, or any malicious purpose is prohibited.
The tracking code generated by TrackingCoder is yours to use freely on your own websites. However, the TrackingCoder platform, its underlying technology, algorithms, code generation engine, website scanning system, user interface, design, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of PunchUp Digital Ltd.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any remaining credits, and legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
TrackingCoder provides code generation tools on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of generated code. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
