No. TrackingCoder scans your site and generates a ready-to-import Google Tag Manager container for your exact setup. You import it and publish, with no code to write.
What can I track, and where can I send it?+
Clicks and buttons, form submissions, purchases and other e-commerce events, scroll depth, video engagement, phone and email clicks, and more. Each event can be sent to Google Analytics 4, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising.
Which website platforms does it work with?+
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and most others. We automatically detect your CMS, page builder, forms and existing pixels when you scan your site.
Do I need Google Tag Manager?+
Yes, a free Google Tag Manager account. If you do not have one yet, we link a plain-English setup guide that takes about 3 minutes. The container we generate imports straight into it.
How much does it cost?+
Pay-as-you-go credits, with 2 free on signup, packs from $19, and credits that never expire. TC Pro is an optional subscription that adds real-time monitoring after launch.
How long does it take to set up?+
